COTTAGES:

(plus $75 cleaning fee)

One week minimum from Saturday to Saturday begins June 20 for cottages only

	STUDIO APARTMENT:
	$175/Night (2 night minimum) (plus $60 cleaning fee) $1,050/Weekly Rate - Pay for 6 Nights, 7th Night FREE (plus $60 cleaning fee)

1.	A 50% deposit is required to fully confirm a reservation (we accept checks, Mastercard & Visa)
2.	During Low Season (Labor Day to Memorial Day), deposits are refundable if a cancellation is made prior to 30 days before arrival date.
3.	During Summer High Season (June 28 through Labor Day), deposits are refundable if a cancellation is made prior to 90 days before arrival.
4.	There is a $25 cancellation fee for all cancellations.

There is a refundable $300 to $500 security deposit required upon arrival (payable by check or credit card).
