Q)	How far are you from the village?
A)	We are about 4 blocks from the center of town.

Are the cottages appropriate for children?

We welcome children of all ages. We often have families rent the entire property for reunions and other gatherings. Our proximity to the beach and village is great for kids who are old enough to strike out on their own. Laguna has successfully maintained a small town atmosphere and the village is safe for kids to move about independently. They especially enjoy the surf shops, candy store, movie theater, and of course watching the intense basketball and volleyball games at Main Beach. It’s also nice to have the municipal pool right around the corner from the cottages.

Q)	Do you serve breakfast?
A)	No. Most guests enjoy strolling to the Village to one of our wonderful bakeries! We do, however, offer a B&B upgrade for $25 per couple. Please see B&B upgrade for details. > Click Here!

Q)	Is there off-street parking?
A)	Each unit is provided a single off-street parking space. Additional parking is available on the street.

Q)	Are pets allowed on the property?
A)	Yes, we do allow guests to bring a pet. Please review our pet policy. > Click Here!

Q)	Do you have laundry facilities?
A)	A Coin-operated washer and dryer is available on the property for guests.

Q)	Are housekeeping services available?
A)	All units are supplied with bed linens and towels. Cleaning supplies are available in each unit to help you keep things clean and tidy. Additional cleaning service, linens and towels are available for an extra charge.

Q)	Is smoking allowed?
A)	Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere on the property.

Q)	Do you have phones in the cottages?
A)	Each cottage has a private, direct phone line. We can let you know the number to your respective cottage when reservations are made.

Q)	When is check in/check out?
A)	Check in time is 3pm. Check out is 11am.

Q)	Do you require a deposit?
A)	A 50% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. The balance is due upon arrival.

Q)	What is your cancellation policy?
A)	A full refund of the deposit (less a $25.00 cancellation fee) will be given if cancellation is made 90 days prior to arrival for summer season, or 30 days prior to arrival winter season. If reservations are cancelled less than 90/30 days in advance, your deposit will be returned only if we are able to rebook the cottage.

Q)	How far are you from the airport?
A)	We are approximately 20 minutes from John Wayne/Orange County Airport and about 1.5 hours from LAX. (See our map on our Contact Us page.)
